The location was excellent with a magnificent sea view, convenient to the seaside walkway and main mall. Friendly staff exceeded expectations, from borrowing an HDMI cable to surprising us with a birthday cake and wine. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with balcony and ocean view. Free water, tea, and coffee. Fine breakfast, offering both Western and traditional Chinese meals.

Great views of the sea and nearby city. Nice location close to the waterfront and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. the spa was a highlight with a pool, sauna and massage facilities top-notch.

Rooms were very basic and outdated, with rock hard beds. Some of the staff had a rude attitude and didn't speak English very well.

Our hotel was located in a great area just by the ocean, perfect for long walks on the promenade. the location was great for those looking to visit a western shopping store called Metro. the room itself was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. the bathroom was modern and clean, and we loved the provided amenities. the breakfast had a wide selection of foods, with both Western and Chinese options.

The culinary staff had a hard time keeping hot foods at the right temperature, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a great stay at this hotel! I loved its location right next to Yantai Hill and the beautiful ocean, which made for a stunning view from my balcony. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. Besides, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the convenience of getting around this city from the hotel.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need, making us feel like VIPs. the restaurant and bar areas were top-notch, offering a wide range of delicious food and drinks. the private facilities were especially impressive, providing ultimate relaxation. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views from the sun terrace.

While everything at this hotel was outstanding, the only minor issue we encountered was the limited availability of beach umbrellas. the staff quickly resolved this by providing us with other options for shade.

During our New Year's stay, we were pleased with the outstanding customer service we received from the hotel staff who were polite and helpful. We enjoyed the picturesque views of the bay from the hotel and the comfortable and clean rooms. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to choose from.

We found that the temperature of the food at meal times was not adequate. That is, the hot food was not warm enough, and this detracted from the quality of the meals.
